ABOUT ME

Dr. Katana B. King is a native to Longview, Washington.  She has a background in culinary arts, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA.   Dr. King received her medical training at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, and is a board-certified primary care Naturopathic Physician.   Dr. King is passionate about science and research, whole foods, traditional diets, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy for men and women, and the treatment of disease through nutrition and botanical medicine.

OFFICE VISITS

New patient visits with Dr. King lasts approximately 1 hour, and patients are encouraged to bring most recent laboratory tests, imaging records, and a list of current prescriptions and supplements.  Dr. King will review a patient's health history, perform physical exams, and additional lab work and imaging will be ordered as indicated.

Return visits take approximately 30 minutes, and will review recently ordered lab work and imaging. Treatment plans and follow-up scheduling are also discussed at this time.

FINANCIAL POLICY

​Dr. Katana B. King does not currently bill any insurance plans.  All fees for services, procedures, and supplements must be paid for at time of service. For patients with private insurance, superbills can be provided after your visit for reimbursement.  

 

A superbill is an itemized form used by providers to indicate rendered services.  Most insurance companies will provide partial or full reimbursement when provided these forms and a receipt for your bill.  Some companies may also apply the total towards your deductible.
